Under the guidance of a Brand Manager or Brand Lead, you’ll be involved in every stage of brand innovation — from concept and strategy to launch and in-market growth. You’ll collaborate with multifunctional teams including R&D, regulatory, medical, trade & shopper marketing, and finance to shape innovation that’s rooted in consumer insights and aligned with long-term business goals. 🛠 Main Responsibilities 💼 Core Brand & Business Activity
Contribute to building long-term brand visions, strategic goals, and KPIs
Support delivery of the annual sales and profit budget
Lead or coordinate internal and external brand activity across functions
📈 Brand Management
Support or lead marketing plans that drive growth for emerging brands
Deliver business impact in collaboration with cross-functional teams
🧪 New Product Development (NPD)
Develop compelling product propositions and claims
Manage innovation timelines, forecasting, approvals, and packaging
Conduct consumer research and insights analysis to shape direction
🤝 Cross-functional Collaboration & Leadership
Collaborate with brand innovation and shopper marketing teams, as well as IPD (Innovation Planning & Development)
Lead or support cross-functional projects that improve operational effectiveness and innovation delivery
