Qualifications:
- Degree in Business or related field.
- Extensive experience in FMCG pricing, promotions, and trade terms.
- Skilled in financial analysis and data interpretation.
- Experience in consultancy is a plus.
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English.
- Strong analytical and strategic skills.
- Excellent at influencing and managing stakeholders.
