Responsibilities

• Collaborate with retail management for talent planning
• Provide HR advice to shape business objectives
• Plan and oversee annual hiring
• Update and implement performance management guidelines
• Assist in creating employee development plans
• Conduct market compensation research
• Administer promotional and merit increases
• Implement HR strategies for organizational change
• Manage exit interviews and feedback loops

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Humanities
• Several years of experience in a HR or Talent Acquisition role.
• Fluent in Japanese, with business-level English proficiency
