Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment process to ensure a steady flow of high-quality candidates for different departments.
- Work with leadership to create hiring strategies that match the company's growth goals.
- Develop and manage an Internship Program to nurture new talent and support career growth.
- Form strong partnerships with schools and local communities to strengthen the talent pool.
- Lead employer branding through creative campaigns and events.
- Ensure a great candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in the hospitality or travel sectors.
- Proven track record in employer branding and building partnerships.
- Must be fluent in Japanese and English.
- Strong understanding of Japan's employment laws and market trends.
- A proactive, relationship-focused approach to recruitment.
