Our client, a top travel agency in Tokyo, needs a Recruiting Lead to boost their hiring efforts. You'll join a growing international company focused on the future of travel in Japan. Key Responsibilities:
- - Manage the entire recruitment process to ensure a steady flow of high-quality candidates for different departments.
- - Work with leadership to create hiring strategies that match the company's growth goals.
- - Develop and manage an Internship Program to nurture new talent and support career growth.
- - Form strong partnerships with schools and local communities to strengthen the talent pool.
- - Lead employer branding through creative campaigns and events.
- - Ensure a great candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
Qualifications:
- - At least 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in the hospitality or travel sectors.
- - Proven track record in employer branding and building partnerships.
- - Must be fluent in Japanese and English.
- - Strong understanding of Japan's employment laws and market trends.
- - A proactive, relationship-focused approach to recruitment.
