Our client, a company in the consumer tech industry, is seeking a Recruiter to lead talent acquisition across Japan and the APAC region.

This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with hiring managers and tech leaders, and to design sourcing strategies for software developers, product managers, UI/UX designers, and data scientists. The position provides a clear career path to becoming a Talent Acquisition Manager, with the added benefit of working in an English-speaking environment.

職務内容:

- 日本およびAPAC地域におけるソフトウェア開発者の採用を主導
- 採用マネージャーと連携し、採用ニーズを明確化
- テクノロジー系ポジションに向けた採用戦略の設計
- 地域の人材パイプラインの構築

応募資格:

- 日本語ネイティブスピーカー（必須）
- ビジネスレベルの英語力（必須）
- ソフトウェア開発者、プロダクトマネージャー、UI/UXデザイナーの採用経験
- APAC地域の採用慣行に精通している方
- 採用マネージャーやテクノロジーリーダーとの協力経験
- 採用戦略を設計する能力
