Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for IT roles
- Develop talent acquisition strategies with senior leaders
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate fit
- Manage recruitment projects and initiatives
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in recruiting (mandatory)
- Business level proficiency in English and Japanese (mandatory)
- Expertise in full lifecycle recruiting and salary trends
- Experience with recruitment in IT industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, start-up environments
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
