Job Description

We are looking for an R&D Manager to join a top company in the chemical industry. Your focus will be on developing new sealant technologies for the Japanese market, specifically polyurethane (PU) and modified silane (MS) systems. You will lead a team to create products that meet market needs and comply with regulations, all while pushing for sustainable solutions.

- PUおよびMSシーラントの研究開発計画の策定と実行
- ビジネス目標に基づくプロジェクトの推進と管理
- 技術動向の把握とエコフレンドリーな開発手法の導入
- 大学やサプライヤーとの連携による製品計画の支援
- 業界イベントへの参加を通じた企業の代表
- 他部門と連携した製品試験と開発の監督
- チームメンバーの育成と技術サポート
- 予算管理と効率向上のための投資提案
- 規制遵守と安全管理の徹底
- 顧客ニーズに基づく革新の推進

Qualifications

- Master's degree or higher in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields
- Over 7 years of R&D management experience in sealants, adhesives, or construction chemicals
- Proven track record in PU and MS formulation development
- Strong leadership, project management, and cross-cultural communication skills
- Proficiency in English and Japanese

応募資格

- 高分子科学、化学工学、材料科学、または関連分野の修士号以上
- シーラント、接着剤、または建設化学品における7年以上のR&Dマネジメント経験
- PUおよびMSの処方開発における実績
- 強力なリーダーシップ、プロジェクト管理、異文化コミュニケーションスキル
- 英語と日本語能力
