Our client, a leader in next-generation performance and lifestyle management, is seeking a Personal Assistant to support a UHNWI in the day-to-day coordination of their program. This position involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the Principal’s schedule is followed, optimized, and adjusted as needed. The role offers highly competitive compensation and requires travel with the Principal.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and maintain the Principal’s daily schedule
Communicate schedule updates to relevant team members
Arrange appointments and manage related logistics
Handle shipment coordination with international partners
Oversee use and organization of personal equipment and supplies
Travel with the Principal as required
Adjust working hours according to the Principal’s needs
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
Experience providing high-touch support in dynamic, detail-intensive environments
Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Proven experience with scheduling, logistics, and coordination
Comfort with data organization, tracking, and reporting tools
Willingness and ability to travel with the Principal
