Outlet Manager - Luxury Hotel Restaurant

We are looking for an Outlet Manager for a luxury hotel restaurant in Kyoto.

You will manage daily operations at an all-day dining restaurant, ensuring top-notch guest experiences in a peaceful setting near famous landmarks. Reporting to the Director of Food and Beverage, you'll play a key role in upholding high hospitality and operational standards.

This role offers training, career growth, exclusive dining and retail discounts, a wellness program, daily staff shuttle, and meal and coffee breaks during shifts.

- レストランの日常運営の監督
- ゲストへの優れたサービスの提供
- 顧客からのフィードバックの迅速かつ効果的な処理
- 製品品質の維持と新しいベンダーの探索
- スタッフのシフトスケジュールと管理
- スタッフレビューの実施とフィードバック提供
- 在庫の予測と管理
- 健康・安全基準の遵守
- レストランの評判維持
- コスト管理と廃棄物削減
- 財務報告の作成
- 販売促進のための営業・マーケティングとの協力
- サービススキル向上のためのスタッフトレーニング
- スムーズなオペレーションのためのポリシー策定

応募資格：

- 英語と日本語に堪能であること
- Outlook、Word、Excel、PowerPoint、OPMS、レストランシステムのスキル
- ラグジュアリー国際ホテルでのアシスタントマネージャーとしての経験が2年以上
- 高いコンピュータスキルと長時間勤務が可能な柔軟性
