You would be heading a mostly recruitment team, so experience with recruitment/Talent Acquisition is a must.

General operations related to office mid-career recruitment (direct hire) (KPI: Time to fill 90 days) (55%)
Planning of recruitment strategies and recruitment measures for each position.
Execution of recruitment strategies and measures
Planning and implementation of onboarding programmes
Manage and build relationships with recruitment agents (approx. 20 companies)
Verification of recruitment channels and recruitment agents to improve recruitment efficiency.
Recruitment and management of office temporary staff (30%)
JD verification for each position
Contract renewal procedures
Temporary staffing agency contact
Promotion to contract employees
Other HR-related projects and company-ordered tasks (15%)
Qualifications
Required qualifications
Experience in retail industry (especially cosmetics industry) and FMCG is a plus.
PC skills: Data management and analysis skills in Excel (intermediate or above: VLOOK, etc.) and PowerPoint presentation skills.
English: Daily conversation or above required, business level (TOEIC 800+) a plus.
Logical thinking skills
Problem-solving skills

HR experience such as HRBP in a business company
