■ ポジション概要 本ポジションは、アジア地域のメディカルアフェアーズ施策に関する戦略立案および実行を担う重要な役割です。レポート先は日本のメディカルディレクターであり、グローバルおよびアジア地域のチームと連携しながら、主に以下3領域における施策を推進いただきます：
- メディカルインフォメーション
- メディカルコミュニケーション
- メディカルオペレーション
Position Summary
This role will drive the strategy and execution of Medical Affairs initiatives in the Asia region, reporting to the Medical Director for Japan. The focus is on the following core areas:
- Medical Information
- Medical Communications
- Medical Operations
■ 主な業務内容
- メディカルサービス関連の地域施策の立案および実行
- アジア地域におけるメディカルインフォメーションサービス（コンタクトセンター管理等）の統括
- アジア地域の医療関係者からの問い合わせ対応（口頭・文書両方）
- 地域・国内のメディカルエデュケーション、トレーニング、論文発表活動のサポート
- アジア地域におけるアドバイザリーボードの企画・運営サポート
- 医療資材のレビュー・承認プロセスの管理
- メディカルアフェアーズ、コマーシャル、法務、薬事などとのクロスファンクショナルな連携
- 国内外の主要学会・カンファレンスへの参加
- その他、メディカルサービス全般に関するサポート業務
- Lead and implement regional initiatives related to medical services
- Oversee medical information services across Asia, including contact center management
- Provide accurate, timely verbal and written responses to medical inquiries in Asia
- Support regional and local publications, education, and training programs
- Assist in organizing and executing advisory boards
- Coordinate local review and approval of medical materials
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships (Medical Affairs, Commercial, Legal, Regulatory)
- Attend major congresses, scientific meetings, and business events
- Provide additional Medical Services support as needed

- 薬学、医学、生命科学等における修士または博士レベルの学位
- メディカルアフェアーズ領域での5〜7年程度の実務経験
- メディカルインフォメーション、コミュニケーション、論文発表、オペレーション関連の経験者歓迎
- 循環器領域の経験者は特に歓迎
- 英語での会話・文書対応が可能な方（海外チームとのやり取りあり）
- Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, etc.) in a scientific field
- 5–7 years of experience in Medical Affairs
- Preferred experience in Medical Information, Communications, Publications, or Operations
- Cardiovascular experience strongly preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken (for global collaboration)
- 東京都内（ハイブリッド勤務制度あり）
- Tokyo, Japan (Hybrid work model available)
