• 社内関係者への製品・疾患教育支援（営業、アクセス、薬事等）

• 学会発表・論文掲載支援（パブリケーションプラン含む）
• アドバイザリーボードの企画・運営サポート
• 臨床試験のフィージビリティ調査や研究提案（IIS等）の対応
• 未充足ニーズ・エビデンスギャップの特定および社内共有

• 提供情報は、公平性・科学的根拠に基づいたものであることを徹底
• 活動の記録・報告等、社内ルールに則った実施

• 臨床開発、ファーマコビジランス、薬事、マーケティング、事業開発等との連携
• 医療機関・外部パートナーとのやり取りや問い合わせ対応

• がん領域MSLとしての実務経験（2年以上）
• 優れたコミュニケーション・プレゼンテーションスキル
• 臨床データ・科学論文の理解力および説明力
• 日本国内の法規制（MHLW、JPMA等）に関する理解
• 臨床試験の基礎的な知識
• 自律的に業務を遂行し、チームでも協働できる力
• 外部専門家（TL）との関係構築の実績
• ビジネス感覚・戦略的視点
• 日本語：ネイティブレベル

• 理系修士・博士（PhD、MD、PharmD等）の学位保有者
• 医療・ライフサイエンス系の学士資格
• 製薬企業やベンダーとの協働経験

• Identify, engage, and build collaborative relationships with key oncology Thought Leaders (TLs), academic experts, and medical institutions.
• Conduct unbiased scientific exchange on disease state, treatment landscape, and clinical evidence, based on healthcare professionals’ needs.
• Support speaker development, including the creation of scientific slide decks.
• Respond to unsolicited medical information requests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Facilitate strategic medical communication planning with external experts.

• Align with local and global medical strategies to support the execution of field medical activities.
• Generate and communicate insights from the medical community to internal stakeholders to inform strategy and planning.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of therapeutic area, treatment algorithms, and competitive landscape.
• Participate in scientific training of internal teams (e.g., sales, access, regulatory).

• Contribute to publication planning and provide support at scientific congresses.
• Facilitate and support Scientific Advisory Board meetings and other knowledge-transfer initiatives.
• Participate in study feasibility discussions and assist with investigator-initiated research proposals.
• Identify data gaps and contribute to post-marketing clinical activities and evidence-generation projects.

• Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with applicable laws, industry codes, and internal SOPs.
• Deliver medical content in a strictly non-promotional, fair-balanced manner.
• Report appropriately according to compliance and governance policies.

• Collaborate with internal departments such as Clinical Development, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, and Business Development.
• Manage responses to medical inquiries and interface with third-party partners as needed.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an MSL in oncology.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and scientific presentation skills.
• Proven ability to convey complex clinical data and engage in meaningful scientific discussions.
• Knowledge of Japan’s regulatory landscape and relevant industry codes (e.g., MHLW, JPMA).
• Familiarity with clinical trial design and methodology.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a matrix environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills with key external stakeholders.
• Native-level fluency in Japanese.

• Advanced degree (e.g., PhD, MD, PharmD, MSc) in life sciences or a health-related discipline.
• Experience working with vendors and/or in cross-functional project teams.

• Regular domestic travel required; occasional international travel possible.
