Legal Manager

We are recruiting for a global leader in regenerative medicine and biotechnology.

They need an experienced Legal Manager to guide legal and compliance strategies as they expand internationally in regions like Japan, UAE, Singapore, and the UK. This role offers a chance to grow professionally and make a significant impact in the healthcare field.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft and negotiate international contracts, including licenses, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures.
- Advise on UK and global regulations, including FDA, HIPAA, and data protection laws.
- Create and maintain legal governance structures for global subsidiaries and partners.
- Work with in-house legal teams and coordinate with external counsel.
- Present legal risk assessments and strategic advice to the Board and Executive Committee.
- Manage corporate law procedures with domestic medical corporations alongside local legal advisors.

Qualifications:

- Licensed to practice law in the U.S.
- At least 8 years of experience in legal practice, focusing on corporate law, international transactions, and compliance.
- Fluent in Japanese and English, with strong communication skills.
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Legal experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or biotech industries.
- Knowledge of cross-border M&A and licensing agreements.

- 国境を越えたM&Aとライセンス契約の知識。
