Our client, a leading fintech company, is seeking a Japan Internal Audit Lead to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to independently manage Japanese contracts and legal documents, providing bilingual support and collaborating on global projects. Key Responsibilities:

- Review and revise Japanese contracts and legal documents
- Provide bilingual Japanese-English translation for legal documents
- Support regulatory compliance and license applications in Japan
- Assist in litigation and dispute resolution with external counsel
- Offer daily legal advice and risk assessments to Japan team
- Collaborate with global legal teams on international projects

Qualifications:

- Must speak and write fluently in Japanese (mandatory)
- 3+ years of experience in legal field (mandatory)
- Japanese legal education (mandatory)
- Experience in corporate law is preferred but not mandatory
- Japanese attorney qualification is preferred but not mandatory
- Fluent in English and Chinese is preferred but not mandatory
