Our client are a premium hotel group, searching for an International Marketing Manager for a Hokkaido hotel. You'll lead English-language marketing efforts to international audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Lead development & implementation of international marketing strategy
• - Increase brand recognition and guest engagement
• - Manage marketing initiatives across different platforms and countries
• - Oversee the creation of promotional materials and marketing campaigns
• - Evaluate performance data and provide reports on marketing ROI

Qualifications:

• - At least 3 years of marketing management experience
• - Leadership experience (preferred)
• - Experience in hospitality or retail industry
• - Interest in winter sports (preferred)
• - Ability to use both digital and traditional marketing tools
• - English fluency required
• - Japanese language ability (preferred, but not mandatory)
