We are looking for an experienced HRIS / HR Digital Transformation Manager to lead HR systems projects in the manufacturing sector.
This role involves managing important projects and leading a key area of the business. The successful candidate will improve HR operations through system implementation and data analysis. Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR master data to ensure it is accurate and compliant.
- Choose and implement HR systems that align with business goals, covering recruitment, evaluation, payroll, and training.
- Ensure HR systems integrate smoothly with SAP and SuccessFactors to improve processes.
- Automate and create reports on personnel data to support management decisions.
- Analyze HR data to help with strategic decisions and policy development.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in HRIS or HR operations projects and information systems management.
- Practical experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Workday in HR settings.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, evaluation, payroll, and social insurance.
- Proficiency in SAP and SuccessFactors is required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills along with persistence and adaptability.
