We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with a focus on Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) for a well-known multinational company. This role involves managing HR activities, particularly in compensation, benefits, and HRIS projects. You will work in a global setting, handling international projects and using English in Japan. In this position, you will lead key HRIS projects, improve company performance, and support the success of a major player in the Japanese market.


主な業務内容：

• - 給与計算を担当し、1,000名以上の従業員の給与が正確かつ法令遵守されていることを確認します。
• - 給与・福利厚生チームを支援し、給与関連の問題を解決し、ベンダーと連携して迅速な支払いを確保します。
• - 新しいHRISプロジェクトを推進し、ユーザーエクスペリエンスと意思決定を向上させます。
• - 従業員の懸念に対処し、より良い職場環境を築くための人事ポリシーを策定・実施します。
• - HRデータを活用し、採用戦略を導き、ビジネス目標を支えるHRシステム導入を管理します。
