HRBP Manager, Med Device (Growing Business, Wide Responsibility!)
Our client are a medical device company group, searching for a Human Resources Business Partner Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- - Partner across entire Japan business.
- - Provide strategic advice and practical support on all HR matters within the company.
- - Lead cultural change initiatives.
- - Lead company programs related to health, safety, and environment laws.
- - Work with other departments on change management plans.
- - Act as a key advisor to senior leadership on team management issues.
- - Manage Talent Management, Leadership Development, and various training programs.
- - Act as POC for employees, answering questions on HR policies, procedures, and activities.
- - Collaborate with regional C&B teams to create competitive salary and benefits programs.
Qualifications:
- - HRBP experience
- - Experience in medical devices (preferred).
- - Deep understanding of HR laws and best practices.
- - Ability to create and implement effective HR strategies and programs.
- - Must be fluent in Japanese.
