HRBP Lead - (Stand Alone HR)

Specialized Group are partnering with an international health care firm looking to hire a hands-on HRBP to lead their Tokyo office of 20 on all people initiatives and provide HR strategy to heads of Japan business and international stakeholders.

As a smaller office, the firm are looking for a strategy focused HRBP, or an HR Manager with hands on experience in a smaller firm to lead People initiatives through their exciting next chapter of growth.

*Prior experience in health care is not necessary as their area is so unique*

Required Experience:

- 5+ years HRBP or equivalent experience

- Native Japanese and business or higher English

- Experience in a start-up environment a plus

- Experience in a lean sales focused office a plus

Candidates must be native Japanese speaking and currently living in Japan.
