A Leading Industrial Firm is looking for a Strong HR Business partner to support Japan.
Our client is experiencing rapid growth and within the last 2 years the sales result has been over 300%, the company is looking to expand in Japan - the Senior HRBP will be a key contributor in this growth.
This client has a unique product and a strong business pipeline.
Compensation:
Up to 20M base salary + 20% bonus + RSU
Responsibilities:
- HR Business partnering with executive team
- Mentoring and support of Regional and local Stakeholders
- Organizational Development,Change Management and Diagnosis
- Succession planning, HR Planning and review of current policies
- Talent management / performance management
- HR Planning and review of current HR policies
- Engagement of both staff and management
Requirements:
- Business level English and Strong fluent Japanese
- Applicant within Japan
- 10+ years HR experience, including HR BP experience
- Extensive experience with stakeholder management
- Strong communication skills
- Proven track record of HR change
- Flexible and strong EQ
