Our client, a global software firm in the B2C industry, is seeking an HR Generalist to join their Japan branch. Key Responsibilities:
- Advise leadership on HR strategies and business decisions
- Develop HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead talent management and succession planning initiatives
- Implement employee engagement and feedback programs
- Oversee strategic HR projects across client groups
- Provide coaching to enhance leadership capabilities
- Ensure compliance with employment law and HR best practices
- Facilitate change management for business transformation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in HRBP or similar strategic HR role
- Fluent in English and Japanese and/or other Asian languages preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel regionally when required
- Experience with HR software like Workday or SAP is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in change management and organizational development
- Strong leadership coaching and influencing capabilities
