- Manage HRIS systems like Workday and SAP SuccessFactors - Ensure compliance with US, APAC, and Japan labor laws - Facilitate HR operations across US, APAC, and Japan offices - Coordinate HRIS data integration and reporting - Develop HR policies and procedures for regional offices
- 8+ years of experience in HR operations - Experience with HRIS systems - Familiarity with US, APAC, and Japan labor laws - Strong communication skills in English and Japanese - Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar HRIS
