Our client, a global luxury group, is seeking an HR Operations Manager to lead HR Shared Services operations, including HR systems and data integration. This role offers the opportunity to manage a team and lead HRIS/Workday projects in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR Shared Services operations and HRIS management
- Ensure HR systems compliance with labor laws
- Manage and execute HR projects and initiatives
- Provide training and support for HRIS users
- Collaborate with brand HR partners to enhance services
- Oversee Workday integration and related projects
- Manage team of HR professionals, fostering growth
- Optimize HR processes for efficiency
- Conduct regular audits for process improvement
Qualifications:
- Workday experience is must
- Fluent in spoken and written Japanese and business level English
- Degree holder in Human Resource Management or related discipline
- At least 8-10 years’ experience in related field
- Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS)
- Proven project management capabilities
- Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills
- Knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws
