• - Lead HR Shared Services operations and HRIS management

• - Manage and execute HR projects and initiatives
• - Provide training and support for HRIS users
• - Collaborate with brand HR partners to enhance services
• - Oversee Workday integration and related projects
• - Manage team of HR professionals, fostering growth
• - Optimize HR processes for efficiency
• - Conduct regular audits for process improvement

• - Workday experience is must
• - Fluent in spoken and written Japanese and business level English
• - Degree holder in Human Resource Management or related discipline
• - At least 8-10 years’ experience in related field
• - Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS)
• - Proven project management capabilities
• - Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills
• - Knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws
