Our client are a global industrial manufacturer with a strong presence in Japan, searching for a HR Manager.

This is a chance to broaden your responsibility, handling a wide range of HR functions. This includes recruiting top talent, improving employee skills, and maintaining a strong employer brand.

Responsibilities:

• Streamline HR processes.
• Develop and implement recruitment and induction programs.
• Promote the company at educational and professional institutions.
• Lead training programs and performance gap analyses.
• Develop fair evaluation systems and competitive rewards to assess and motivate employees.
• Advise on employee and labor law matters.

Qualifications:

• Experience in HR management.
• Experience within the manufacturing or industrial sectors (preferred).
• Knowledge in recruitment processes, employer branding, rewards, and refining HR policies.
• Familiarity with employee and labor laws.
• Fluent in Japanese and proficient in English.
