Responsibilities:
- - Work with external vendors on social insurance and payroll calculations.
- - Provide strategic recommendations on organization structure, staff placement, performance evaluation systems, innovation, and culture.
- - Lead performance evaluation processes.
- - Develop mid-career recruitment / TA strategies.
- - Manage HR database.
- - Ensure compliance with labor laws and policies, including social insurance, employee pension, national pension, and income tax.
Requirements:
- - At least 3 years of HR experience in a corporate setting.
- - Solid knowledge of HR and labor affairs, and relevant laws and regulations.
- - Good at data analysis, especially using Excel.
