Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main HR advisor for employees and managers, aligning HR activities with business goals.
- Offer strategic HR guidance on employment laws and HR operations.
- Spot organizational gaps and introduce solutions to improve performance and reduce risks.
- Lead recruitment efforts to meet business goals.
- Develop succession plans and drive performance improvement.
- Work with senior leaders to create and implement leadership and organizational strategies.
- Manage workforce planning and optimize talent to meet business needs.
- Support globally aligned HR programs and ensure clear communication and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Over 6 years of experience in HR or related fields, with a strong focus on employee relations.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and analytical skills.
- Fluent in Japanese and Business English, both written and spoken.
- Proven leadership skills, with confidence and credibility.
- Skilled in data analysis, people management, and organizational development.
- Deep understanding of HR policies, performance management, labor law, and HR metrics.
- Experience in matrix reporting and cross-divisional roles is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Relations, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
