- Advise senior leaders on HR topics and organizational design
- Analyze HR data to inform business decisions
- Lead and manage a diverse HR team
- Partner with business unit leaders to align HR solutions
- Implement change management strategies for business unit

Qualifications:

- 10+ years in HR leadership roles
- Experience in strategic workforce planning
- Fluency in Japanese and English
- Experience with organizational design and change management
- Strong data analysis skills for HR trends
- Experience in IT industry HR practices is preferred but not mandatory
