Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement compliance strategy for privacy, food safety, and EHS
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement countermeasures
- Lead compliance team to foster integrity and ethics culture
- Develop and implement annual compliance training plans
- Conduct audits and respond to whistleblowing cases
- Collaborate with legal and operations for consistent compliance initiatives
- Oversee programs related to anti-corruption and AML

Qualifications:

- 10+ years in compliance, forensics, legal/internal audit, or risk management
- Proven track record of leading compliance projects
- Familiarity with Japanese regulatory requirements on privacy, EHS, and food safety
- Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or food delivery industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience with compliance frameworks and best practices
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
