A leading global hotel brand is looking for a Head of Finance to manage its financial operations in the Tokyo area. This role allows you to play a key part in the financial management of a well-known hospitality group. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage financial performance for the hotel group in Japan and provide strategic guidance to the local leadership team.
- Handle financial analysis, capital projects, and procurement to meet business goals.
- Work with the VP of Finance for South East Asia and Pacific in Singapore to coordinate regional financial strategies.
- Lead and grow a diverse team, managing complex projects and financial reports.
- Study economic and financial trends to predict future business opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- At least 10 years of finance experience, including 7 years in leadership roles.
- Skilled in financial analysis, capital project management, and business strategy.
- Strong leadership skills with a history of team development and management.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese.

- チームの育成と管理の歴史を持つ強力なリーダーシップスキル。
- 英語と日本語での優れたコミュニケーションスキル。
