主な業務内容：

- 市場ポジショニングのためのグループレベルの戦略を策定し、改善する

- 地域や業界を超えた成長機会を特定する

- 戦略的な整合性を図るための買収やパートナーシップを評価する

- グループ全体の重要な戦略イニシアチブを推進し、管理する

- ジュニアストラテジーチームメンバーを指導する

- 戦略プロジェクトのために部門横断的な調整をリードする

- 経営陣や取締役への報告資料を準備する

- Develop and refine group-level strategy for market positioning

- Identify growth opportunities across geographies and verticals

- Evaluate acquisitions and partnerships for strategic alignment

- Drive and manage key group-wide strategic initiatives

- Mentor junior strategy team members

- Lead cross-functional coordination for strategic projects

- Prepare executive materials for leadership and board updates

応募資格：

- 戦略コンサルティングまたは類似の職務での6-10年以上の経験

- 一流大学での学士号取得者; MBA取得者歓迎

- 英語でのプロフェッショナルなコミュニケーション能力; ビジネスレベルの日本語能力

- エンタープライズSaaS、AI、または法務業界での経験があれば尚可

- M&Aやコーポレートディベロップメントの評価経験があれば尚可

- 戦略分析と経営資料作成の経験

- 部門横断的な調整と戦略イニシアチブの管理能力

- 国際ビジネス運営の経験があれば尚可

- 6-10+ years in strategy consulting or similar roles

- Bachelor’s degree from a leading university; MBA preferred

- Full professional proficiency in English; business-level Japanese

- Experience in enterprise SaaS, AI, or legal industries is preferred but not mandatory

- Experience evaluating M&A or corporate development initiatives is preferred but not mandatory

- Experience with strategic analysis and executive material preparation

- Ability to manage cross-functional coordination and strategic initiatives

- Experience with international business operations is preferred but not mandatory
