• 市場ポジショニングのためのグループレベルの戦略を策定・改善する
• 地域や業界を横断した成長機会を特定し、企業の成長戦略を推進する
• M&A、戦略的投資、パートナーシップ機会の評価および分析
• 買収後の統合（PMI）を含む戦略プロジェクトをリードする
• グループ全体の重要な戦略イニシアチブを推進・管理する
• ジュニアストラテジーチームメンバーの指導・育成
• 部門横断的な戦略プロジェクトの調整をリードする
• 経営陣および取締役会向けの戦略資料や報告資料を作成する

• Develop and refine group-level corporate strategy to support market positioning
• Identify and evaluate growth opportunities across regions and industries
• Lead analysis and evaluation of mergers & acquisitions, investments, and strategic partnerships
• Support and lead post-merger integration initiatives following acquisitions
• Drive and manage key corporate growth and strategic initiatives across the organization
• Mentor and guide junior strategy team members
• Lead cross-functional coordination for high-impact strategic projects
• Prepare executive-level materials and presentations for leadership and board updates

• 戦略アドバイザリー、コーポレートファイナンス、プライベートエクイティ、または企業内戦略部門などの高度な分析職で6〜10年以上の経験
• 企業成長戦略、M&A、コーポレートディベロップメント、またはPMIに関する経験
• 一流大学での学士号取得者（MBA歓迎）
• 英語でのプロフェッショナルレベルのコミュニケーション能力
• ビジネスレベルの日本語能力
• SaaS、AI、またはテクノロジー企業での経験があれば尚可
• 戦略分析および経営層向け資料作成の経験
• 複数部門を横断した戦略プロジェクトの推進経験
• 国際的なビジネス環境での業務経験があれば尚可

• 6–10+ years of professional experience in high-level analytical roles, such as strategic advisory, corporate finance, private equity, or internal corporate strategy
• Experience supporting corporate growth initiatives, mergers & acquisitions, and post-merger integration
• Bachelor’s degree from a leading university; MBA preferred
• Full professional proficiency in English
• Business-level Japanese
• Experience in SaaS, AI, or technology companies is preferred
• Strong experience in strategic analysis and executive presentation preparation
• Ability to lead cross-functional strategic initiatives
• Experience working in international business environments preferred
