弊社クライアントは、東京を拠点とするグローバルラグジュアリーホスピタリティ企業です。現在、財務部次長を募集しています。このポジションでは、ブランドのビジネス目標に沿った財務戦略の開発と実施をサポートし、名高い業界でのキャリア成長の土台を築くことができます。

Key Responsibilities

- 財務データと市場動向の分析
- 年間運営予算の作成支援
- 予算レビュー時の分析サポート
- 内部および外部、規制監査の監督
- ステークホルダーへの財務情報の明確な伝達
- 財務チームをリードし、財務目標を達成
- 施設の運転資本とキャッシュフローの管理

- Analyze financial data and market trends
- Assist in creating annual operating budget
- Provide analytical support during budget reviews
- Oversee internal, external, and regulatory audits
- Communicate financial concepts clearly to stakeholders
- Lead finance team to achieve financial goals
- Manage property working capital and cash flow

Qualifications

- 金融または会計の学士号
- 金融または会計の修士号があれば尚可
- 1年以上の金融または会計の経験
- 財務予測と予算管理の経験
- 財務規制とコンプライアンスへの精通
- 財務データ分析のための強力な分析スキル
- 財務報告ツール（例：SAP、Oracle）の使用経験があれば尚可
- ホスピタリティ業界での経験があれば尚可

- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Master's degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred but not mandatory
- 1+ year experience in finance or accounting
- Experience with financial forecasting and budgeting
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance
- Strong analytical skills for financial data analysis
- Proficiency in financial reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory
