Lead a flagship property as General Manager in the heart of Okinawa, Naha. We are looking for a talented hotel professional to ensure the highest level of guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hotel's day to day operations, staff management and guest experience
• Provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments
• Work closely with the hotel sponsors and stake holders
• Ensure service culture is followed
• Maximize Guest Experience & Operations

Requirements

• 10 to 15 years in the hospitality Industry
• Experience in Luxury & International hotels
• Ideally experience working in remote locations
• Ideally 5 years experience as GM or Assistant GM
• Business Level Japanese
