- Title: Director / Head of Capital Raising and Investor Relationship
- Role: Strengthen the company brand presence in Japan; maintain and develop relationships with institutional investors; raise capital from Japanese LPs for (our client managed) funds (execution will be handled by the HQ team)
- Experience: Deep and long-standing relationships with senior-level decision-makers (GM-level or above) at Japanese institutional investors; solid track record in raising capital for real estate and/or infrastructure funds
- Skills: Bilingual (Japanese-English); able to effectively collaborate with and direct the HQ team
- Personality: A mature and credible professional who can confidently present our client's products to senior Japanese LPs
- Compensation: Market competitive
- Reporting Line: Dual reporting to Japan CEO and HQ
