Our client, a leading company in the sports retail industry, is seeking an FP&A Senior Analyst for a strategic role in their hybrid setup.

This position offers the chance to work closely with DTC and Wholesale business units, gaining deep operational insights and collaborating with senior management, including the headquarters in Germany. Key Responsibilities:

- Drive financial forecasting and budgeting processes
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for management decisions
- Conduct in-depth reviews of financials for trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with DTC and Wholesale business units
- Coordinate with senior management and headquarters in Germany
- Provide financial insights to Marketing and Operations departments

Qualifications:

- 3+ years’ experience in FP&A / Controlling
- Proficiency in SAP or any ERP system
- Business level English proficiency
- Native level Japanese
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex financial data
- Experience with Hyperion is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in the retail industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience with financial forecasting and budgeting
