• - 各センターの飲食オペレーションを日々監督
• - 在庫管理、サプライチェーン、ベンダーとの関係を管理
• - 飲食スタッフの採用、オンボーディング、育成
• - 損益計算書の監督と管理
• - 健康、安全、衛生規則の遵守を確保
• - 創造的な飲食戦略の開発と実施
• - 技術とプロセス改善を通じた運用の強化
• - 地元市場の分析を行い、革新的な飲食コンセプトを考案

• - Oversee daily F&B operations across all centers
• - Manage inventory, supply chain, and vendor relationships
• - Recruit, onboard, and develop F&B staff
• - Oversee and manage Profit & Loss statements
• - Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• - Develop and implement creative F&B strategies
• - Implement operational enhancements through technology and process improvements
• - Conduct local market analysis for innovative F&B concepts

• - ホスピタリティマネジメントまたは関連分野の学士号
• - ホスピタリティ業界での5年以上の経験、管理職での2年以上の経験
• - 飲食オペレーションと在庫管理の豊富な知識
• - 損益計算書と予算管理の経験
• - 健康、安全、衛生規則に関する深い知識
• - 英語の読み書きと会話における優れたスキル
• - POSシステムと在庫管理ソフトウェアの経験
• - 日本での勤務が可能で、酒類免許を保有
• - メニュー開発とプロモーション戦略の経験

• - Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related fields
• - 5+ years in hospitality, 2+ years in management
• - Strong knowledge of F&B operations and inventory management
• - Experience managing Profit & Loss and budgets
• - Thorough knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• - Good command in written and spoken English
• - Experience with POS systems and inventory management software
• - Ability to work in Japan and hold a liquor license
• - Experience in menu development and promotional strategies
