Financial Plant Controller – Automotive Industry

We are looking for an experienced Financial Plant Controller to oversee the financial operations of a large automotive manufacturing plant in Japan.

This key role involves managing financial activities, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting strategic planning. The job offers an 80% hybrid work setup, allowing for flexibility and a good work-life balance. 主な業務内容:

- 中期および年間予算の策定と実施をリードする。
- 売上、コスト、在庫、人員などの財務データを分析する。
- エンジニアリングおよび製品開発の経費を管理し、報告する。
- 予算と比較した財務パフォーマンスを追跡し、リスクを特定し、解決策を提案する。
- 横浜の推進事業チームと協力し、タイ、インド、イタリアのチームと調整する。
- 内部および外部監査の窓口として対応する。
- 本社からの方針や手続きを実施する。
- 月次決算や予算作成をサポートする。

求める資格:

- 会計学の修士号、CPA資格、または同等の会計経験。
- ビジネスレベルの日本語能力と流暢な英語。
- マネージャーレベルのFP&A経験5年以上、総勤務経験12年以上。
- 予算策定、KPI分析、パフォーマンス管理の専門知識。
- チーム管理および人材育成の経験。
- 多国籍または多文化環境での経験があると望ましい。
- 自動車または製造業界でのFP&A経験。
- 製造工場のコスト構造に関する深い理解。
- 高度な会計とデータ分析スキル。
- 優れたリーダーシップ、交渉、プレゼンテーション能力。
- 改善および問題解決手法に精通していること。
- 国内外の出張に対応可能であること。
