Our client in the luxury retail industry is looking for a Finance & Retail Operations Specialist to join their team in Tokyo, Japan. This role is crucial for improving financial operations and supporting retail activities to ensure smooth business processes.
As a Finance & Retail Operations Specialist, you'll oversee daily financial operations and analyze data while supporting various departments like Retail, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Human Resources.
主な業務内容
- - 売上実績の追跡と報告
- - 週次、月次、年次のレポート管理
- - コスト管理（OPEX、CAPEX、バランスシート）
- - 買掛金/売掛金および総勘定元帳の処理
- - 請求書の処理および決算実施
- - 監査用財務書類の準備
- - 在庫および店舗メンテナンスのサポート
- - クレジットカード申請と店舗掲載エラーの修正
求める人材
- - 国際環境での財務経験が3年以上ある方
- - ビジネスレベルの英語力
- - 財務数値や予算に関心を持つ分析スキル
- - Excel（ピボット）、Word、PowerPointの高度なスキル
- - SAPなどの会計システムの経験があれば尚良し
