We are looking for an experienced Duty Manager for a luxury property in Osaka. The ideal candidate will have a strong hospitality background, and proven supervisory experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Oversee guest check-ins, verify identities, process payments, and assign rooms.
• - Manage guest accounts, including loyalty program entries and rate matching.
• - Handle billing adjustments, secure payments, and generate daily reports.
• - Process various payment types, balance receipts, and complete cashier reports.
• - Train & evaluating employees.
• - Serve as the initial point of contact for employee concerns.
• - Address employee concerns and report safety issues to management.
• - Assist guests with disabilities
• - Maintain high service standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• - Experience in related role
• - Experience at a luxury hotel (preferred)
• - Experience in a management / supervisor position (preferred)
• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
