• Take a leading role in hotel's preparation for renovation and opening of the new beer dining project
• General management of the F&B department
• Safety management and maintaining of hygiene standards
• Numerical and sales management

Requirements

• Experience opening a new restaurant / food project
• Management or assistant Manager experience and for those wanting to step up
• Have been responsible for a F&B department or restaurant with annual sales of 300 to 400 million JPY
• English preferred but not needed
