Our client are a global retail company, recruiting a CRM manager. You'll lead the development and implementation of customer relationship strategies across digital and non-digital channels.
This is a perfect opportunity for those with several years of customer relationship management / direct marketing experience, who are ready to step into a managerial and strategic role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a CRM strategy to enhance customer engagement & loyalty through all stages of the customer journey.
- Manage the CRM database & ensure data quality and effective integration.
- Analyze customer data & identify key segments for targeted marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with various teams to improve customer interactions across digital and physical channels.
- Generate regular reports on CRM performance metrics. Provide strategic insights & recommendations.
Requirements:
- 5 years of CRM / Direct Marketing experience.
- Experience in fashion, retail, or luxury goods.
- Strong skills in data analysis and customer segmentation.
- Proficient in CRM database management and digital marketing tools.
- Experienced in email marketing with a focus on segmentation and targeting.
- Native-level Japanese fluency.
