Country HRBP Manager (Green Energy)

A sector leader in the green energy equipment manufacturing is looking for a a suitable candidate to head all HRBP activity in Japan.

This is a chance to take on a strategic leadership role at an expanding company within a growing sector.

Responsibilities:

• Work with business units, sales, and back-office teams to align HR and business strategies.
• Handle stakeholder relationships within the company and the Hitachi Group.
• Manage organization structure, workforce planning, and compensation & benefits.
• Lead talent and performance management initiatives and provide leadership training.
• Report to the General Manager in Japan and the APAC HRBP Head in Singapore.

Qualifications:

• Over 6 years of HRBP experience.
• Experience in management.
• Experience in aligning HR practices with business objectives.
• Skilled in managing diverse stakeholder relationships.
• Japanese fluency is mandatory.
