Job Responsibilities 募集職種の主な業務内容：

- Preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards

- Preparation of disclosure materials for listed companies

- Leading M&A and corporate restructuring projects

- Improvement and reconstruction of accounting processes and systems

- Support of strategic financial information to the CFO

- Compliance with financial regulations

- 連結財務諸表のIFRS基準に基づく作成

- 上場企業向けの開示資料の作成

- M&Aや組織再編プロジェクトのリード

- 会計プロセスやシステムの改善と再構築

- CFOへの戦略的財務情報のサポート

- 財務規制の遵守

Qualifications and Experience 求める資格・経験：

- Accounting knowledge equivalent to Bookkeeping Level 2 or higher

- Over 3 years of experience in a business company or professional firm

- Knowledge of IFRS standards is a plus

- Experience in preparing disclosure materials for listed companies is a plus

- Experience in improving accounting systems and processes is a plus

- Experience in financial reporting and analysis

- Knowledge of M&A and corporate restructuring projects

- CPA qualification is a plus

- 簿記2級以上の会計知識

- 事業会社または専門ファームでの3年以上の経験

- IFRS基準の知識があれば尚良し

- 上場企業向けの開示資料作成経験があれば尚良し

- 会計システムやプロセス改善の経験があれば尚良し

- 財務報告および分析の経験

- M&Aおよび組織再編プロジェクトに関する知識

- CPA資格があれば尚良し
