Our client, a part of a world-leading luxury group, is recruiting for an Accounting Manager. This position offers the opportunity to leverage management experience gained in a luxury retail environment.

業務内容:

会計業務全般の管理

会計チームの指導・育成

財務規制および基準の遵守を確保

会計プロセスのためのERPシステムの導入・最適化

経営陣向け財務報告書の作成

- Oversee accounting operations for luxury retail division

- Manage and mentor accounting team members

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

- Implement and optimize ERP systems for accounting processes

- Prepare financial reports for executive management

求めるスキル・資格:

優れた会計スキル

小売またはラグジュアリー業界での経験があれば尚可

チームまたは人材管理の経験

会計の実務経験5年以上

SAPやOracleなどERPシステムに精通していること

公認会計士（CPA）などの資格があれば尚可

- Strong accounting skills

- Experience in retail or luxury industry is preferred but not mandatory

- Team or people management experience

- 5+ years of experience in accounting

- Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle

- CPA or equivalent certification is preferred but not mandatory
