Our client are a growing Japanese-headquartered IT service company, recruiting a Compensation & Benefits Manager. You'll lead C&B for multiple offices around the globe.

Responsibilities:

• Build competitive compensation and benefits strategies localised for various markets.
• Conduct regular benchmarking.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Legal departments as needed.
• Manage the communication and education of compensation and benefits programs to employees.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation and benefits-related issues.
• Oversee payroll operations within Japan.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Experience in compensation and benefits.
• Experience within a multinational company (preferred).
• MUST be fluent in Japanese.
