We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits HR Operations Lead for a leading IT company.

You'll report directly to APAC HQ, lead multiple HR operations functions, and manage a team.

The position offers the flexibility to work from home four days a week, and our client offers a highly globalized office with a diverse culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Lead & Manage a team.
• - Manage payroll.
• - Develop Compensation and Benefits programs.
• - Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to streamline programs.
• - Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and monitor market trends.
• - Collaborate with the Global Rewards team on company-wide initiatives.
• - Report to the HR Manager.

Ideal Candidate:

• - Experience in HR operations
• - Experience in compensation and benefits.
• - Team management ability.
• - Knowledge of labor laws / compliance standards.
• - Must be fluent in Japanese!
