C&B HR Operations Lead (Team Management, Hybrid Remote Work!)
We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits HR Operations Lead for a leading IT company.
You'll report directly to APAC HQ, lead multiple HR operations functions, and manage a team.
The position offers the flexibility to work from home four days a week, and our client offers a highly globalized office with a diverse culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- - Lead & Manage a team.
- - Manage payroll.
- - Develop Compensation and Benefits programs.
- - Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to streamline programs.
- - Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and monitor market trends.
- - Collaborate with the Global Rewards team on company-wide initiatives.
- - Report to the HR Manager.
Ideal Candidate:
- - Experience in HR operations
- - Experience in compensation and benefits.
- - Team management ability.
- - Knowledge of labor laws / compliance standards.
- - Must be fluent in Japanese!
