Our client are a fast-growing space tech / satellite component manufacturer. They're recruiting a Business Development professional to support their continued growth. This is a newly-created role.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain customer relationships (both in Japan and internationally). - Perform market research and competitive analysis to guide sales strategies. - Use your technical knowledge to create convincing product presentations and proposals. - Oversee the entire process from negotiating to finalizing contracts. - Represent the company at trade shows and conferences worldwide.
Qualifications:
- MUST be fluent in Japanese - 3+ years experience in sales / business development. - Basic understanding of technical products. - Experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry (preferred). - Knowledge of marketing tools and CRM systems (preferred). - Experience in a startup or venture environment. (preferred)
