The client is a data-driven marketing solutions company that leverages purchase data (worth over 12 trillion yen annually) to deliver insights, strategy, execution, and impact measurement. They serve a wide range of business functions using cloud technologies like Salesforce, Workday, and Concur.
As a Salesforce Application Developer, you will lead the development and maintenance of internal business systems supporting Sales, HR, Finance, Legal, and Operations. You'll work in a diverse and highly collaborative team, helping shape the company's digital transformation.
Requirements:
- 3+ years Salesforce development and administration
- 3+ years software design and development experience
- Apex, JavaScript, REST API design/development
- Experience with VSC, Bitbucket or GitHub
- Ability to distinguish between low/no-code and pro-code Salesforce solutions
- Conversational English (TOEIC 600+), Business-level Japanese (JLPT N1)
- Strong communication and business-facing skills
- Friendly and collaborative 4-member team (Japanese, Hong Kong, Chinese nationals)
