Key Responsibilities:
- - Lead strategic development of Site Contracts team
- - Manage and improve site contract negotiation processes
- - Develop and maintain client relationships
- - Provide guidance on site contracts and budgets

Qualifications:
- - 8+ years of contract management experience in clinical research
- - Fluent in Japanese and English
- - Bachelor’s degree
- - Experience managing a group
- - Experience with site contracts in clinical trials
- - Knowledge of study start-up processes
- - Strong negotiation skills
- - Familiarity with regulatory requirements in Japan
